Grandma's 1950's Tacos


My grandma made these when I was a kid. She would fry the corn tortillas in oil and let them drain on paper towels. She would brown the ground beef with a crushed clove of garlic. Toppings consisted of onion and cheese and sometimes lettuce....and of course Ketchup! I love them. The tanginess of the Ketchup works. My husband on the other hand thinks I'm crazy.
